Email History
Role: Actnation platform administrator

Prerequisites: You are signed in with platform administrator access.
Use Emails to search and review platform email activity, including the recipient, subject, template, status, sent date, and any delivery error.
Preview an email
- Open Admin → Emails.
- Find the email using search or pagination.
- Select the row's view action.
- Review the email in the in-page preview, then close it to return to the same list state.
The preview isolates email content from the surrounding portal. Links and scripts inside the stored email are not run by the preview.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The preview reports an invalid URL | Refresh the list and try again. If it persists, confirm that stored email content is still available. |
| An email has a failed status | Review the delivery error shown in the table before retrying or contacting support. |
