Release Notes - 2026-10-14

Added

  • [Company] Payroll Giving only is now available during company onboarding. Employees fund donations through salary deductions, with no company contribution budget; a payroll connection or pending connection request is required to complete setup.
  • [Company] Payroll Giving companies can configure automatic Birthday and Onboarding gifts and create Recognition Awards for individual employees or teams. Recognition awards check for overlapping dates before creation.
  • [Employees] Payroll Giving employees can use active Employee Gift Wallet balances for one-time campaign donations. Gift funding is separate from salary deductions and cannot be used for monthly subscriptions.
  • [Admin] Admins can create external donation companies, configure their donation integrations, and issue API credentials. The organization list identifies these companies separately from companies using onboarding.
  • [Company] Authorized company integrations can find eligible NGOs, submit donation batches, and check their processing status through the company donation API.

Changed

  • [Employees] Onboarding and How it works now explain the employee's actual giving arrangement: company-funded, combined company and salary funding, or salary-only funding. Visitors receive general guidance, and signed-in users can retry if How it works cannot load their arrangement.
  • [Company, Employees] Payroll Giving only invitation emails now explain voluntary giving through salary deductions, both when onboarding finishes and when admins notify employees later.
  • [Company, Employees] Gift-funded donation amounts are shown separately in employee donation history and company employee, donation, and charitable-cause views.
  • [Company] HR summary emails now include automatically created gifts for Payroll Giving companies as well as Corporate Giving companies.

Fixed

  • [Employees] Donation drawers provide more room when three wallet cards are shown, with aligned card contents and a stacked layout on smaller screens.
  • [Company, Employees] Disconnecting Zenegy preserves gift-funded portions of eligible pending donations while removing salary deductions, including donations with no company-wallet contribution.
