Added

• [Employees] Eligible one-time donations can now be updated or cancelled from My Donations before the monthly lock date. Cancelling returns company and gift-funded amounts to their balances when applicable.

Changed

• [Company] Onboarding keeps its navigation buttons visible while a step scrolls. Giving modes appear as compact cards, with an option to return to the mode choices.
• [Company, Admin, Employees, NGO] Payment documents, billing invoices, and donation certificates now open in an in-page PDF preview instead of a new browser tab.
• [Admin] Email history now opens message content in an in-page preview.

Fixed

• [Company] Continuing after skipping Employee Setup no longer asks for a second skip confirmation.
• [Employees] Removing an individual gift vote now promotes a pending choice after the removal completes and refreshes the displayed votes.
• [Employees] Ended gift links no longer show voting controls. After dismissing the ended-period message, employees can return to an active gift or company voting when available.
