Prerequisites: You have an e-conomic account. Your finance team has prepared account mapping decisions.
What e-conomic integration does
When donation payments are processed through Actnation, the e-conomic integration automatically creates supplier invoices in your accounting system — one per NGO receiving a payment. This eliminates all manual journal entries for your donation program.
How to connect e-conomic
- Go to Company → Settings → Finance Integration.
- Follow the on-screen connection steps to authorize Actnation in your e-conomic account.
- Map your donation and payment categories to the appropriate accounts in your chart of accounts.
- Save the configuration.
Verifying the integration is working
After your first completed voting period produces payments, check your e-conomic account for the expected supplier invoices. Each NGO that received a payment should have a corresponding invoice.
Troubleshooting
