e-conomic Integration

What e-conomic integration does

When donation payments are processed through Actnation, the e-conomic integration automatically creates supplier invoices in your accounting system — one per NGO receiving a payment. This eliminates all manual journal entries for your donation program.

How to connect e-conomic

  1. Go to Company → Settings → Finance Integration.
  2. Follow the on-screen connection steps to authorize Actnation in your e-conomic account.
  3. Map your donation and payment categories to the appropriate accounts in your chart of accounts.
  4. Save the configuration.

Verifying the integration is working

After your first completed voting period produces payments, check your e-conomic account for the expected supplier invoices. Each NGO that received a payment should have a corresponding invoice.
