| Where do I start to get an overview of the portal? | Open NGO Portal Overview, then use NGO Dashboard for performance data. |
| My dashboard shows little data — is something wrong? | New NGOs see limited data until at least one company voting period has closed with votes for your campaigns. This is normal. |
| Can I edit a campaign after it has been published? | Yes. Open the campaign and click Edit. Changes apply immediately. |
| Where do I check incoming payments? | Go to NGO → Payments. See NGO Payments. |
| The Reports tab in my campaign is empty — is it broken? | No. The Reports tab is a placeholder for a feature that is coming soon. It does not currently contain data. |
| The wrong NGO profile is showing — what do I do? | Each admin is assigned to one NGO. Contact Actnation support to verify and correct your account assignment. |
| How do I restrict a specific company from seeing my campaigns? | Go to NGO → Profile → Restrictions and add the company by CVR number. |
| Do company admins see the same payment data I see? | No. Company admins see their outbound payment records; you see the same transactions as incoming payments. Both views reflect the same underlying payment lifecycle. |
