Prerequisites: You are signed in.
Purpose
Your profile is what company employees and admins see when they learn about your organization. Keeping it complete and accurate helps build trust and increases your campaign's discoverability.
Profile tabs
| Tab | What to update |

| NGO | Core organization details — legal name, display name, CVR number. |
| About Us | A rich-text description of your organization's mission, impact, and work. This is visible to employees browsing campaigns. |
| Contact | Your public phone number and website URL. |
| Legal | Quick links to legal and data policy material. |
| Help | Send a support message to the Actnation team. |
| Restrictions | Control which companies can interact with your NGO by restricting or allowing specific CVR numbers. |
Updating your profile
- Go to NGO → Profile.
- Select the tab you want to update.
- Make your changes and save.
- Verify that changes appear as expected in campaign views and other profile sections.
About restrictions
The Restrictions tab lets you limit which companies can see your campaigns in their employee voting flows. Use this if your NGO has policies about specific company partnerships.
To add a restriction, search by the company's CVR number. To remove a restriction, delete it from the list.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The save button is not active | No changes have been detected, or a form field has a validation error. Check for any highlighted fields. |
| A company does not appear in the Restrictions CVR search | Enter at least the minimum number of characters in the search field. |
| Profile changes are not visible | Refresh the page after saving. |
