Purpose
Your profile is what company employees and admins see when they learn about your organization. Keeping it complete and accurate builds trust and makes your campaigns easier to find.
Profile tabs

The locked fields are managed by the Actnation team because they identify your organization legally and are used on invoices and payouts. Changes there are checked before they go live.
Display name and logo changes affect all your campaigns. Your display name and logo appear on every campaign card employees see. Once Actnation updates them, all campaigns show the new values.
Updating your profile
- Go to NGO → Profile.
- If you manage more than one NGO, choose the right organization in the selector at the top of the page.
- Select About Us or Contact.
- Make your changes and click Save. The button stays inactive until you change something.
- Check that the changes appear as expected in campaign views.
About restrictions
The Restrictions tab lets you stop specific companies from seeing your campaigns. Use it if your NGO has policies about which companies it partners with.
To add a restriction, search for the company by name or CVR number and add it. To remove a restriction, delete it from the list.
Restricting a company has immediate side effects.
- Employees of that company can no longer see or vote for your campaigns.
- Their active votes for your campaigns in open voting periods and personal gifts are deleted.
- Their pending payroll donations and active subscriptions to your campaigns are cancelled. The company-match part goes back to the employees' monthly budgets.
Removing the restriction later doesn't restore deleted votes or cancelled donations.
Troubleshooting

| The save button is not active | No changes have been detected, or a field has a validation error (for example an empty description or an invalid website). |
| I can't change the logo, name or CVR number | These fields are read-only for NGO admins. Send a request through Profile → Help. |
| A company does not appear in the Restrictions search | Enter at least the minimum number of characters in the search field. |
| Profile changes are not visible | Refresh the page after saving. |
| I see the wrong organization | If you manage several NGOs, check the organization selector at the top of the Profile page. |
