NGO Payments

Role: NGO Admin
Portal: NGO portal
Prerequisites: You have NGO admin access. Your NGO has payment activity from at least one completed company voting period.

Purpose

The Payments page shows all incoming donation payments from companies, their current status, and supporting documents.

How to track payments

  1. Go to NGO → Payments.
  2. Use the status tabs to filter by: Pending, Sent, Completed, or Failed.
  3. Search by company name or use pagination to navigate.
  4. Review each row: company name, creation date, status, and amount.
  5. Use the export action to open the payment document (PDF) in a new tab.

Payment status meanings

StatusWhat it means
PendingThe payment has been created but not yet transmitted to Mastercard.
SentThe payment file has been submitted to Mastercard for processing.
CompletedFunds have been confirmed as transferred to your bank account.
FailedThere was an issue processing the payment. Contact the company finance admin or Actnation support.

Troubleshooting

ProblemWhat to do
No payment rows appearThe source company voting period may not have been completed yet. Check with your company contact.
The export PDF does not openYour browser may be blocking new tabs. Allow pop-ups for the Actnation portal domain.
A payment shows as FailedContact the company's finance admin and Actnation support to investigate.
