Prerequisites: You opened your Corporate Giving invitation link and your company has Corporate Giving enabled.

What the calendar shows

The Calendar page brings your Corporate Giving dates into one month view:

• Voting periods show when your company is collecting employee votes for causes.
• Individual gifting periods show your own personal gifting windows, such as birthday, onboarding, anniversary, or recognition gifts.

Only your own gifting periods are shown. Other employees' gifting periods are not visible in the employee portal.

How to use it

1. Open the Corporate Employees portal from your invitation link.
2. Select Calendar in the main navigation.
3. Use Today, previous month, and next month to move through the calendar.
4. Select an active or completed voting period to open the company vote details.
5. Select an active or completed gifting period to open your individual vote details for that period.

Pending and paused periods remain visible in the calendar but cannot be opened. Cancelled voting and individual gifting periods are not shown. If a month has no periods, the page shows an empty message. If your company disables Corporate Giving, the calendar no longer returns period data.
