Prerequisites: You have at least one active donation. See Browsing & Donating.

How to view your donations

  1. Go to My Donations from the navigation menu.
  2. Your active subscriptions and one-time donations are listed with their campaign name, type, status, and amounts.

  1. In My Donations, find the subscription you want to change.
  2. Click the Update action on that row.
  3. Enter the new monthly amount and confirm.

Changes take effect in the next payroll run. If the subscription is locked (see below), you cannot change it until the lock is released.

  2. Click the Cancel action on that row.

Subscriptions are locked automatically before each monthly payroll run so that amounts are fixed for processing. When a subscription is locked, you cannot update or cancel it until the run completes and the lock is released.
