Browsing & Donating
Role: Employee (Payroll Giving)
Portal: Employees portal
Production URL: https://employees.actnation.io/campaignsPrerequisites: You have completed first-time setup. See How Payroll Giving Works.
How to browse campaigns
- Open Campaigns from the navigation menu.
- Browse campaign cards. Each card shows the campaign name, a short description, an image, and the NGO behind it.
- Click a campaign card to open its details drawer and learn more before donating.
For Payroll Giving only, a pending Zenegy connection request allows you to browse cause details, but the Donate button and donation form are hidden. They become available once payroll is connected. The single-wallet donation section uses the same narrower desktop layout as Company Wallet-only donations and fills the available width on mobile.
How to set up a monthly subscription
A subscription is a recurring monthly donation deducted from your salary each payroll run.
For Payroll Giving only, enter only the amount you want deducted from your salary. The company-funded amount is always zero, and there is no company balance to use.
- Open a campaign and click Donate.
- Select Monthly subscription.
- Enter the amount you want to donate each month.
- Confirm. Your subscription is now active and appears in My Donations.
You can have subscriptions to multiple campaigns at the same time.
How to make a one-time donation
- Open a campaign and click Donate.
- Select One-time donation.
- Enter the amount.
- Confirm. The donation is processed in the next payroll run and is not recurring.
What each campaign card shows
- Campaign name and short description
- Organization (NGO) behind the campaign
- Campaign image
- Whether you already have an active donation for this campaign
