Purpose

See which NGOs and causes are available to your employees, how much each cause has received, and decide which ones to hide from your employees.

The two tabs

The page has an NGOs tab and a Causes (campaigns) tab.

Use the search field to filter either list.

Restricting an NGO or cause

A restricted NGO or cause is hidden from your employees. Use the Restrict row action, or manage the full list in Company → Settings → Restrictions (Company Settings). Remove Restriction makes it visible again. The Access column shows the current state.

Campaign details

Open a cause with View details to see its totals and two tabs:

• Donations lists each donation with employee, type, date, status, and the payroll-wallet and company-wallet amounts.
• Contributors lists each contributing employee with number of donations and total amount.

Both tabs have a search field and an All time / Monthly filter. The back arrow returns you to the list with your search kept.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
An NGO or cause is missing	Check the search field is empty, then contact Actnation if you expect it to be listed.
Employees still see a restricted cause	Check the Access column on the Causes tab to confirm the restriction is in place.
