Company Settings
Role: Company Admin
Portal: Actnation company portal
Prerequisites: Onboarding is complete. You have admin access.
Purpose
Settings is your control center for everything after onboarding — adjusting giving configuration, managing integrations, and accessing legal and support resources.
Available settings tabs
Tabs shown depend on your company's plan and active features:

| Company & Billing | Display name, HR contact email, billing plan and invoice history, promo code status. |
| Employee Setup | Employee source (Zenegy, CSV, Entra ID), access restrictions. |
| Corporate Giving | Annual budget, voting period cadence, vote limits, financial year settings. |
| Individual Gifting | Gifting triggers (Birthday, Onboarding, Anniversary, Star), amounts, and messages. |
| Mastercard | Authorized signatory details and connection status. |
| Finance Integration | e-conomic connection and account mapping. |
| Legal & Data | Privacy policy, data processing agreement, and terms of service links. |
| Help | Send a support message to Actnation. |
How to update settings
- Go to Company → Settings.
- Open the relevant tab.
- Make your changes and save.
- Verify the effect in the corresponding operational page (Employees, Voting Periods, or Payments).
Viewing your billing plan
The Billing Plan tab shows:
- Your current plan and price per billing cycle.
- Your billing contact email.
- Any promo code applied to your subscription, including its active dates and whether it is currently providing a discount.
Billing subscriptions are managed by Actnation platform administrators. To request a change to your subscription, contact your Actnation account manager or use the Help tab.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| A tab is missing | That feature may not be part of your company's plan. Contact support to confirm. |
| Changes do not appear immediately | Refresh the page and check the corresponding operational section. |
| Payment-related settings not working | Check Mastercard status from both Settings and the Payments page. |
