Signing In

Role: Company Admin
Portal: Actnation company portal
Prerequisites: Your email address must be registered with your company account on Actnation.

How to sign in

1. Go to https://organization.actnation.io.
2. You are automatically taken to the Microsoft login page (Azure AD B2C).
3. Choose your sign-in method:
   • Google account — recommended if your organization uses Google Workspace.
   • Microsoft organizational account — recommended if your organization uses Microsoft 365.
   • Email and password — available if neither option above applies.
4. First time using email and password? Click Sign Up to create your password, then sign in normally on all future visits.
5. After signing in, you land on either the onboarding flow or your company dashboard, depending on your setup status.

Troubleshooting sign-in issues

Problem	What to do
The page keeps redirecting you to the login screen	Clear your browser cookies for the portal domain and try again.
Your email and password are rejected on the first attempt	Complete the one-time Sign Up step in Microsoft's login page, then sign in.
You signed in with the wrong account	Sign out from Microsoft or Google, then sign in again with your work email.
