Prerequisites: Company onboarding is complete and you have active employees or donation data.

Purpose

The dashboard gives you a live overview of your company's giving program — participation, donations, and trends — in one place. Which version you see depends on your company's giving mode: Payroll Giving companies see the Payroll dashboard below; Corporate Giving companies see the Corporate dashboard.

Payroll Giving dashboard

1. Go to Company → Dashboard.
2. Use the period tabs at the top to switch between All-time and monthly windows. A few charts (the monthly donations chart and the donation-type breakdown) only appear in the All-time view.
3. The Employees section shows how many employees are actively donating and what percentage of your workforce that represents, plus a breakdown of manual vs. automatic donations (All-time only).
4. The donations overview shows: donations split by wallet type (Company Wallet vs. Personal Wallet contributions), donations split by type, and a monthly donations chart comparing employee-funded and company-funded amounts (All-time only).
5. The NGOs & Causes section lists your Top Supported Campaigns and Top Supported NGOs by total donation amount (company + employee contributions combined). Click through to go directly to the Charitable Organizations page.

Haven't connected an employee source yet? A banner appears at the top of the dashboard until Employee Setup is complete. If you already sent a connection request, the banner shows which email it was sent to.

Corporate Giving dashboard

1. Go to Company → Dashboard.
2. Use the period filter at the top to switch between All-time, Last voting period, and other time windows.
3. Review the KPI cards for employee activity, votes cast, total donations, and participation rates. Click the ? icon on any card to see exactly how that metric is calculated.
4. The dashboard is divided into three sections:
   • Corporate Giving — voting period results and employee participation data.
   • Gifting — amount distribution across Birthday, Onboarding, and Recognition gifts, plus a recent gifts table.
   • Other — Top Supported Causes and Top Supported Charities (NGOs) side by side.
5. The Gifting section is only visible when the All-time filter is selected.
6. Click the link icon on the Causes or Charities tables to go directly to the Charitable Organizations page.

Sharing a completed voting period

After a voting period closes, if at least one employee voted, a share dialog appears automatically. You can share your company's giving results on social media. Periods with zero votes skip this step.

You can also trigger sharing later from the period's action menu in Voting Periods. This applies to Corporate Giving voting periods only.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Charts are empty after launch	Your company needs completed periods or donation activity before charts populate.
Values look outdated	Refresh the page after recent period changes or payment processing.
Connection banner won't go away (Payroll Giving)	Complete Employee Setup from Company → Settings, or wait for your requested contact to confirm the connection.
