Platform Admin Errors

Error code	What it means	What to do
CHARI_BEAT_ADMIN_NOT_FOUND	Platform admin account not found.	Verify the admin account exists in the system.
IMPERSONATION_SESSION_NOT_FOUND	Impersonation session not found.	Session may have expired — start a new one.
EMAIL_ALREADY_IN_USE	Email address is already registered to another account.	Use a different email or look up the existing account.
EMAIL_SUPPRESSED	Email address is suppressed (bounced or complained).	Use a different address or contact support to unsuppress.
ADMIN_COMMUNICATION_ALL_BATCHES_FAILED	All communication batches failed to deliver.	Check email provider status and retry.
NO_NGO_ADMIN	No NGO admin is assigned.	Assign an admin to the NGO before performing this action.
AZURE_KEY_VAULT_CONNECTION_SECRET_NOT_FOUND	Azure Key Vault secret not found.	Verify the secret name and Key Vault access permissions.
CURRENT_USER_NOT_ADMIN	Current user does not have admin privileges.	Ensure you are logged in as a platform admin.
