| Error code | What it means | What to do |

COMPANY_NOT_FOUND | Company record cannot be found. | Verify CVR number and legal name; try searching again. |
COMPANY_ALREADY_EXISTS | A company with this CVR is already registered. | Contact support — duplicate records require manual resolution. |
COMPANY_CVR_INVALID | CVR number format is wrong. | CVR must be exactly 8 digits. |
HR_EMAIL_INVALID | Contact email is missing or required. | Enter a contact email address — this field is required. |
HR_EMAIL_INVALID_FORMAT | Contact email format is invalid. | Enter a correctly formatted email address. |
BILLING_EMAIL_INVALID_FORMAT | Billing / Finance email format is invalid. | Enter a correctly formatted email address, or leave the field blank. |
BILLING_EMAIL_INVALID_LENGTH | Billing / Finance email is too long. | Shorten the email address to 150 characters or fewer. |
COMPANY_ALREADY_HAS_PAYROLL_CONNECTION | A payroll connection already exists. | Remove the existing connection before adding a new one. |
