CSV / Excel Import Errors

Error code	What it means	What to do
EXCEL_DOCUMENT_FORMAT_INVALID	File is not in the correct format.	Re-download the template; do not change the column structure.
EXCEL_DOCUMENT_DUPLICATE_EMAIL_ENTRY	Same email appears more than once.	Remove duplicate rows — each employee needs a unique email.
EXCEL_DOCUMENT_DATE_VALUES_INVALID	One or more date fields use an unexpected format.	Use YYYY-MM-DD or the format shown in the template.
