Authentication & Access Errors

Error code	What it means	What to do
USER_NOT_FOUND	Your account does not exist in the system.	Verify your email is registered. Ask your admin to check account provisioning.
USER_UNAUTHORIZED	Your account lacks permission for this action.	Verify your role and permissions with your company admin.
INVALID_ENCRYPTED_ID	Your invitation link token is malformed.	Re-open the original invitation email and click the link again.
IMPERSONATION_SESSION_EXPIRED	A support session timed out (30-minute limit).	A platform admin must start a new session.
