Corporate Giving Errors

CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTING_PERIOD_SAME_DAY_MANUAL_COMPLETION_FORBIDDEN | Cannot manually complete a period on its start day. | Wait until the following day. |
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTE_NOT_FOUND | Vote record not found. | The vote may have been retracted or does not exist. |
COMPANY_CONTRIBUTION_BUDGET_EXCEEDED | Company contribution budget exceeded. | Increase the budget or reduce the donation amount. |
VOTING_PERIODS_PER_YEAR_INVALID | Number of voting periods per year is invalid. | Set a valid number (1–4) in corporate giving settings. |
YEARLY_BUDGET_LOWER_THAN_MINIMUM | Yearly budget is below the minimum threshold. | Set a budget at or above the minimum required amount (5,000 DKK). |
NEXT_YEAR_BUDGET_LOWER_THAN_MINIMUM | The next-year budget entered on the yearly budget update dialog is below the minimum threshold. | Set the next-year figure at or above the minimum required amount (5,000 DKK). |
MINIMUM_YEARLY_BUDGET_INVALID | The configured minimum yearly budget itself is invalid (zero or negative). | Contact Actnation support — this is a configuration issue, not something correctable from the Giving Mode screen. |
FIRST_VOTING_PERIOD_EXCEEDS_FINANCIAL_YEAR | First voting period extends beyond the financial year end. | Adjust the voting period start date or financial year settings. |
COMPANY_NOT_IN_CORPORATE_GIVING_MODE | Company is not in corporate giving mode. | Switch to corporate giving mode in company settings. |
GIVING_MODE_SETTINGS_CONFLICT | Giving mode settings conflict detected. | Review and resolve conflicting giving mode configurations. |
GIVING_MODE_CHANGE_NOT_PERMITTED | Company tried to switch giving mode category after finishing onboarding, in a direction that isn't supported. Payroll Giving → Corporate Giving is currently not allowed; Corporate Giving → Payroll Giving must go through the guided transition, not a direct category change. | Use the transition flow in Settings → Giving Mode to move from Corporate to Payroll Giving. Contact your Actnation account manager if you need to move from Payroll back to Corporate Giving. |
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTING_PERIOD_ALREADY_CANCELLED | Tried to cancel a voting period that is already cancelled. | Refresh the Voting Periods page — the period is already in its final state. |
CORPORATE_GIVING_TRANSITION_UNAUTHORIZED | The user starting the Corporate → Payroll Giving transition is not an administrator for this company. | Only a company administrator can start the transition. Sign in with an admin account. |
