Error code	What it means	What to do
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTING_PERIOD_NOT_FOUND	Voting period record not found.	Verify the period exists or check if it was deleted.
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTING_PERIOD_CURRENT_BALANCE_INSUFFICIENT	Company balance insufficient for this voting period.	Top up company balance before initiating.
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTING_PERIOD_SAME_DAY_MANUAL_COMPLETION_FORBIDDEN	Cannot manually complete a period on its start day.	Wait until the following day.
CORPORATE_GIVING_VOTE_NOT_FOUND	Vote record not found.	The vote may have been retracted or does not exist.
COMPANY_CONTRIBUTION_BUDGET_EXCEEDED	Company contribution budget exceeded.	Increase the budget or reduce the donation amount.
VOTING_PERIODS_PER_YEAR_INVALID	Number of voting periods per year is invalid.	Set a valid number (1–4) in corporate giving settings.
YEARLY_BUDGET_LOWER_THAN_MINIMUM	Yearly budget is below the minimum threshold.	Set a budget at or above the minimum required amount.
FIRST_VOTING_PERIOD_EXCEEDS_FINANCIAL_YEAR	First voting period extends beyond the financial year end.	Adjust the voting period start date or financial year settings.
COMPANY_NOT_IN_CORPORATE_GIVING_MODE	Company is not in corporate giving mode.	Switch to corporate giving mode in company settings.
GIVING_MODE_SETTINGS_CONFLICT	Giving mode settings conflict detected.	Review and resolve conflicting giving mode configurations.
