Voting Period Errors

Error code	What it means	What to do
VOTING_PERIOD_STATUS_INVALID	Action not allowed for the period's current status.	Check the period status and use the correct action for that state.
VOTING_PERIOD_DATES_INVALID	Period dates are invalid or overlap with another period.	Adjust dates to avoid conflicts.
MAX_VOTES_PER_EMPLOYEE_INVALID	Max votes must be between 1 and 3.	Update the setting in Company → Settings.
YEARLY_BUDGET_CAN_NOT_BE_LOWERED	Annual budgets cannot be reduced.	Contact Actnation support for exceptions.
EMPLOYEE_VOTING_PERIOD_LOCKED	Employee's votes are locked for this period.	Locked votes are final and cannot be changed.
